A Weekend Yoga Trapeze Immersion

Two days to build strength, create space, and learn how to work with your body — not against it.

Saturday: Suspend (Strength + Flow)


A focused, two-hour session dedicated to the strength-building side of the trapeze.

Using suspension as both support and resistance, you’ll learn how to develop core strength, upper body stability, and mobility through intelligent sequencing — not repetition for the sake of it.

You’ll learn:

  • alignment cues that make each exercise more effective (with less effort)

  • bodyweight progressions and how to scale them

  • ways to link movements into fluid, challenging flows

You’ll leave with the tools to create your own workouts at home — without ever wondering what to do next.

Sunday: Restore (Decompress + Reset)


Two hours devoted entirely to the restorative side of the practice.

Using the trapeze to support the body, we’ll focus on spinal decompression, nervous system regulation, and releasing deeply held tension.

You’ll learn:

  • how to traction your neck and spine safely

  • techniques to release your back, hips, and shoulders

  • how breath and simple props can completely change the effect of each position

This is where the work becomes deeply recalibrating — not just stretching, but resetting how your body organizes itself.

WHY TRAPEZE WORKS

Hanging in a trapeze allows gravity to gently decompress the spine while the body moves through supported arcs of strength, stretch, and restoration.

The yoga trapeze is one of the most effective, affordable, and space-efficient home movement systems available. Using two removable anchor straps and a trapeze bar that clips securely into place, it installs quickly and stores just as easily.
